Create a twilight sleep zone

Be sure that your room is quiet, cozy, dark, and cool. Use a white noise machine or use earplugs. Consider using blackout curtains or buying an eyeshade. Also, find a comforter that will keep your body temperature between 15 and 19°C.

Even if you have turned on your TV to sleep, now it is possible to make it even more pleasant and relaxing.

Do daily rituals

Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, will help you to adjust your circadian rhythm. Set an alarm on your phone to start and end your day and don’t forget to do a self-care session to relax. Take a hot bath to relax your muscles under a perfumed candle, drink a  warm herbal tea, and treat yourself with relaxing face massage using a jade roller.
