Experience the ultimate refreshment on a warm summer day with these delectable strawberry smoothie popsicles. Whether crafted with fresh or frozen strawberries, or even a medley of berries, these popsicles offer a wholesome treat that the entire family will savor.
Crafted with just three ingredients, these strawberry smoothie popsicles are remarkably easy to prepare and enjoyable for all ages. In truth, they serve as an excellent dessert, afternoon snack, or even breakfast if you’re feeling adventurous, as they essentially transform a strawberry banana smoothie into a frozen delight.
The blend of fresh berries and banana naturally sweetens the popsicles, eliminating the need for additional sugar, while the banana and coconut milk contribute to their luscious and creamy texture. While I opted for full-fat coconut milk in my recipe, if you’re not a fan of coconut flavor, you can achieve the same consistency with a combination of yogurt and regular milk (about half a cup each).
The flavor possibilities for these smoothie popsicles are limitless, so don’t restrict yourself to just strawberries. Raspberries, blueberries, peaches, cherries, or a blend of fruits all make superb choices. You can even opt for a chocolatey twist and prepare homemade fudgesicles. However, if strawberries are your go-to, be sure to serve these strawberry smoothie popsicles at your next family barbecue, cottage getaway, or simply on a sunny day for an exquisite summer indulgence.
