Delicious Chocolate Yogurt Cake: A Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients:
- One plain yogurt (keep the container for ingredient measurement)
- 3 eggs
- 150g of dark chocolate
- Half a container of oil
- 2 containers of sugar
- 3 containers of flour or 2 containers and half of flour and half a container of cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Note: 1 yogurt container is approximately 125g
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Start by melting the chocolate using a double boiler. Then, pour the yogurt into a large bowl.
- Add the sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, and oil to the yogurt. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth and uniform batter.
- Incorporate the melted chocolate into the mixture from the previous step.
- Pour the batter into a well-buttered cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- If you’d like, you can create a chocolate glaze. Melt 150g of dark chocolate with 50g of butter using a double boiler or the microwave. Stir well and pour the glaze over the cake, covering the top and sides.
- Allow the cake to cool, and then it’s ready to serve!
