Air Fryer Candied Pecans

I can’t believe how versatile this fryer is! I’ve had it for a little over a year, and it’s been nothing but reliable. I’ve used it to cook up some of the best meals I’ve ever had in my own kitchen. From juicy cheeseburgers to crispy chicken wings and even perfectly cooked salmon, this fryer can handle it all with ease.
I’ve also been experimenting with healthier options, like zucchini fries cooked without oil, and they come out delicious every time. And just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I discovered it can even make candied nuts! I never would have guessed a fryer could do so much, but this one has definitely exceeded my expectations.
These absolutely irresistible little bites are pecan halves topped with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt (plus an egg white for sticking). I usually make them in the slow cooker (with this candied walnuts recipe), and it takes three hours of cooking, stirring every 20 minutes, to crisp them to perfection.
